Monitoring our impact
It is vital for us to measure and evaluate the success and impact of the work we do.
We need to know whether our activities and interventions are meeting the industries' skills needs; to benchmark our performance against that of other sectors and Sector Skills Councils; and to measure the perceived value of Skillset's products and services.
This monitoring is an integral part of our planning process, demonstrating our progress towards achievement of our current business plan and informing the development of the next.
