Mapping, Classifying, Defining
It is integral to Skillset's future work to develop with the creative industries a classification system for and fully endorsed by those industries.
Skillset's research team has worked with the industry to achieve this. The categorisation is regularly reviewed and revised, and now includes a full occupational and functional map.
Skillset's current approach is embedded in all our work including our research programme, and the development of qualifications, standards, and job profiles by the Standards and Qualifications team.
