Steve Garratt is the Managing Director of the Giggle Group, a small animation and VFX agency in Bristol. He can clearly see the advantages of hiring Apprentices: "Our apprentices gain an industry-designed qualification whilst training on the job, which means that there is give and take on both sides. As a business, if you are investing time in training somebody on the job, you want to develop an asset."
