FSF applications assessment timeline
This is how your application to the Creative Skillset Film Skills Fund (FSF) is processed, step-by-step, through the 8 week long assessment period.
Timeline | Process |
week 1 and 2 after submission | Creative Skillset will acknowledge your application with an e-mail containing:
|
weeks 3 and 4 | Applications get internally assessed against the criteria for the scheme to which you're applying. Creative Skillset will also look into your project's financial viability. Some of the funding schemes may require external assessment. This will be conducted by appointed industry professionals who will determine the application's industry relevance and whether your training project will meet current industry need and working practices. |
weeks 5 and 6 | Creative Skillset might get in touch with your organisation in order to obtain any further clarification needed to ensure we have properly understood your application and the evidence you have provided to meet the schemes' criteria and the fund's aims. The result of all assessments will be compiled into a report with the final recommendation for the applications to proceed to the final stage of assessment: the Creative Skillset Film Skills Panel. |
week 7 | The Creative Skillset Film Skills Fund panel meets in order to decide what applications will be awarded the grants.
|
week 8 | Creative Skillset communicates the panel's decisions to each organisation.
