Health and Safety Funding for Training
Creative Skillset has been working with the film and television industries to bring together existing industry-led health and safety training and qualification initiatives so that across the two sectors we have an agreed common framework for training, qualifications and Standards in health and safety. This means that film and television industry professionals can easily identify and access the health and safety training or qualifications they need to ensure their employability. The three initiatives which come under the remit of this new health and safety framework are:
- The Joint Industry Grading Scheme (JIGS)
- The Production Safety Passport
- The nationally recognised competence-based qualifications/Creative Skillset Skills Passport
Funding for health and safety training is now open for film professionals. Read the guidelines and apply below.
