The Skillset Council
The Skillset Council provides a forum for those governing Skillset along side key staff to input into the big ticket, over-arching strategic challenges and opportunities facing Skillset.
It takes place on an annual basis and is made up of:
- The Skillset Board of Directors
- The Skillset Finance and General Purposes Committee
- Representatives from the Skills Councils
- The Skillset Executive team and key Skillset Staff
The council provides a floor for all involved in the governance structure to discuss activity within the Creative Industries, different areas of the UK and the wider world of government and skills. The Council also provides opportunities for cross-collaboration and discussion.
