Creative Skillset is a proud member of the Stonewall Diversity Champions programme.
One of Creative Skillset's key strategic objectives is to increase diversity throughout the Creative Industries so it is very important that we practice what we preach.
We value our staff whatever their sexuality, gender, race, age or disability and we know our staff will be more productive because of this. It's the right thing to do but it also makes business sense as people are more productive when they are happy and can be themselves.
Stonewall's Diversity Champions programme is Britain's good practice forum that promotes equality in the workplace for lesbian, gay and bisexual employees and brings together the UK's top employers to promote diversity.
Organisations that are members of the programme commit to improve their workplace for their lesbian, gay and bisexual staff.
Skillset have been ranked as one of Stonewall's Top 100 Employers in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011.
